Google Chrome Advisory Safe Browsing Citizen Think Tank

I have previously written about Google Chrome malware protection. I received a security warning for the link "Citizen Think Tank" in Haris Ibrahim's People's Parliament's blogroll. I decided to investigate further by clicking on the link to learn about safe browsing and obtained an Advisory provided by Safe Browsing Diagnostic page for which I reproduce in full below:
